Development Coordinator

Love connecting people to a cause they can feel good about? We're looking for a Development Coordinator to help power the fundraising behind the work you already love watching happen — volunteers swinging tools on the trail, students getting their hands dirty, community members showing up again and again for the places they care about. You'll build relationships with our donors, help put together events that bring people together, and keep the behind-the-scenes running like clockwork. Read the full job description below. If you're organized, personable, and get fired up about community stewardship, we want to her from you!

Ready to apply? Send your resume, cover letter, and three professional references to Becca Schild, our Executive Director, at rschild@rfov.org. We'll start reviewing applications August 4, 2026, and keep the search open until we find the right fit.
